Meet Fan, our experienced and accountable engineer, joyously commemorating his first-decade working with Dajin.
In 2014, he embarked on his journey with Dajin Penglai Facility as the head of the Process Department, primarily overseeing the welding, coating and manufacturing processes. The endeavors of his team ensure the meticulousness of the production procedures and the resultant output.
"Dajin offers us opportunities to grow and tackle every challenge we encounter in the manufacturing process. Taking on a leadership position not only increases my sense of responsibility but also empowers me to guide our team in enhancing manufacturing technology, ensuring impeccable product quality." He shared his ten-year adventure with Dajin.
